Record the client name when accessing sale data
When viewing data in a sale, you may be asked to enter the name of the client you're viewing on behalf of. This helps track data access.
Why this is required
- Creates an audit trail of who accessed data
- Helps consignors know who viewed their horses
- Required by some sale administrators
How to enter client name
- When prompted, enter the client's name
- Click Continue to access the data
