Enter Client Name When Viewing

Record the client name when accessing sale data

When viewing data in a sale, you may be asked to enter the name of the client you're viewing on behalf of. This helps track data access.

Why this is required

  • Creates an audit trail of who accessed data
  • Helps consignors know who viewed their horses
  • Required by some sale administrators

How to enter client name

  1. When prompted, enter the client's name
  2. Click Continue to access the data
